    "Bates Heating & Air has kept my 2008 Carrier Infinity System running right without breaking my bank, which is no small feat, and many services I'd called in the past wouldn't even try because of this system's complexity and reputation for being persnickety. The owner, David, is always a phone call or text away and is vested in customer satisfaction. A recent service call by Adam, shows that Bates hires the best techs and people too. When it's time for an all new system, I know who I'll be calling. Highly recommend Bates Heating & Air."

    "Our HVAC system failed on us during the summer and I had heard good things about Bates so we decided to give them a call. First they tried to service the system which got us back up and running for a few days but then we lost our cooling again. They came back out and discovered a leak. We decided to replace the system and they presented multiple options like a good, better, best scenario. They were up front and honest in all of their interactions. They genuinely care for their customers and really made sure we were taken care of. We had another company come out that told us there was nothing they could do. Bates came out and immediately had answers to what was going on. They even gave a discount because I am a Veteran. I highly recommend Bates if you need anything with your HVAC system. They are trustworthy and honest and that means more to me than any "good deal". Thank you Bates for the fantastic service! You have one more loyal customer."

    "I’ve used Bates multiple times now, and have been pleased on all occasions! Back in May, our A/C stopped working. They had someone over here within a few hours, found the issue quickly (capacitor), and replaced it.
    This week, I noticed both of my thermostats were off as well as our entire HVAC system. I could not get it to come back on so I called Bates. Again, they had someone over here within a few hours. Adam quickly found the issue, fixed it, and was on his way. Both Adam and the entire Bates team are friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!"

    "Our second time using Bates. Just recently had them install a complete HVAC system and a mini split. This company is great. The owner is David Bates, He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of HVAC. He gave me great options for the equipment, and his bid was excellent. The day of the installation, his crew came in and worked very efficiently and you can tell they are extremely experienced. They showed up exactly on time and did everything. They said they were going to do with no surprises. If you’re looking for an HVAC company in Granbury, I would definitely refer Bates Heating & Air!"
