We were very pleased with our service by Bates. Notified us on arrival time, showed up exactly as promised.. They went right to work advising us as theyworked. Price promised quoted was below price from our companies, We will continued to call on Bates for all our Heating an Ac needs.

Our fan went out on our AC unit last night. My husband called Bates this morning, and they were out and replaced the fan this afternoon. Don did excellent work at a fair price plus he was very personable. We will definitely use them again.

Called Bates because my furnace went out this morning. He walked me through the possible reasons the furnace could be out, pinpointed that it was a roll out switch error due to a dirty filter. Had me press a button and got it up and running. Probably took 20 to 25 minutes. Keep your filters clean, thanks Bates. This isn’t the first time we’ve used Bates. He’s helped us save a lot of money, and another time came out immediately when the furnace went out. He’s the only one we’ll ever use.

David did a terrific job installing our new A/C units. First of all, he was VERY responsive and came out to see what was needed immediately. We were given a quote the same day and they turned out to be the most competitive and reasonably priced. David was also very helpful in helping us make the best decision based on our needs and giving us all the information we needed to do so. When the A/C units came in, his team did a terrific job leveling and ensuring the units were installed properly. This is a family-owned business. It makes a big difference dealing with the owner of the company instead of an employee. In addition, David came out to the installation himself to ensure things were done properly and to his satisfaction. If you are looking for a professional team that takes pride in their work and will be there for you when service is needed, I highly recommend Bates A/C and Heating. This company has your best interest at heart. You won't regret it!!!

Response time: 11 minutes from request call to at my door. Diagnostic time: 9 minutes. Repair time: 10 minutes. Air on! Check the rest of the system to validate only one problem:25 minutes. Happy customer: for life.

Nathan came out today - repaired one unit and serviced both. Very pleased with company. Would highly recommend. They arrived when they said and explained what was needed and answered any questions we had.

I called Bates Heating and Air on Fathers Day 2024 which also was the weekend about one of my rentals. My renter called and said her A/C was out. I went over and in fact both inside and outside units were not working. David the owner had his boys over for fathers day but walked me through troubleshooting the system. After his suggestions finding the 5 amp fuse was blown behind a cover panel inside the main unit. I went and got a new fuse and installed same. Both units came on and after a week A/C still working great. Thank you David for caring about your clients, no matter what day it is !!!!! I would highly recommend David and his crew if you need either A/C or Heating issues.

I rely on reviews when choosing a company to work with, and Bates really did live up to all the five-star reviews they have received. I appreciate how knowledgeable and professional Nathan was and the time he spent explaining and answering my questions. A/C units are a big investment, and I believe Bates is a company to trust.

Dave was great to work with from the initial quote to final installation. Shows up when he says he will and very professional installation. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other quotes, but his straightforward analysis and proposal gave him the edge.

David and team run an efficient and cost effective operation. Integrity and attention to detail are attributes of their work. It is obvious they communicate well within their team. I believe their prices are great because of low overhead in their operation. Great warranty on their work

David Bates sent Donny and Dillion to install a new Air Conditioner and Heat Pump at my house. They did a great job of installing the units; and, did a great cleanup. They were friendly, cordial, and exceedingly nice people. David has done maintenance and repair on my old unit since I moved to this house in 2017 at which time the old unit was 11 years or more old. David has been a wonderful, competent, and extremely fair businessman in all my dealings with him. I will continue with Bates Heating & Air for service maintenance and other repairs if and when needed. I highly recommend Bates Heating & Air to everyone who has heating and air needs; both install of new heating & air units or maintenance and repair.
