Our Story
Bates Heating & Air was founded in December 2015 by David C. Bates Sr.
Seeing a need for an HVAC company that people in the Fort Worth Metro Area could actually trust and rely on: no surprise charges, no cutting corners, no sending out technicians who aren't prepared to do the job right. Just honest work, fair pricing, and a commitment to standing behind it.
What started as a single-operator business has grown into a well-established regional presence serving communities across Tarrant, Erath, Hood, Johnson, and Parker counties. The growth has come the old-fashioned way, through customers who were happy enough with the service to call us again and refer us to their neighbors.
Nearly a decade in, David still leads the company with the same hands-on approach that defined it from day one, and the standards he set at the start remain the standards we hold today.
